Warranty Coverage

✅ Covered:

Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship.

❌ Not Covered:

Damage resulting from grinding corrosive substances or exposure to water.

Using a pepper mill for salt, or a salt mill for pepper (each is designed for specific use).

Breakage, accidental damage, or natural wear and changes in finish over time.

Email wstirling@peppermillimports.com for replacement parts (mechanisms, handles, screws, etc.) and step-by-step self-repair instructions.
