Limited Lifetime Warranty for Pepper Mill Imports' Products

Dear Customer,

Peppermill Kitchenware Inc., operating as Pepper Mill Imports, is delighted to provide a limited lifetime warranty on our Atlas, Traditional, and Athena lines of pepper and salt mill grinders for normal home use. This warranty specifically covers defects in material or workmanship under standard usage conditions.

Important Exclusions:

Grinding caustic substances that might react with the metal components will void the warranty.

Exposure to water, which can damage the mechanism, will also void the warranty.

Please note that our pepper mills are not designed for use with salt, and conversely, our salt mills are not suitable for grinding pepper.

The warranty does not cover breakage or natural changes in the finish that may occur over time.

Warranty Service:

To avail of warranty service, please send the defective mill along with a check for $28.00 to cover shipping and handling within the USA. Ensure the package is shipped insured to the following address, and include your full contact information inside the box:
