Thank you for purchasing our Atlas, Traditional, or Athena pepper and salt mills. We proudly offer a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials or workmanship for normal household use.

Warranty Coverage

✅ Covered:

Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship.

❌ Not Covered:

Damage caused by grinding corrosive substances or exposure to water.

Using pepper mills for salt (or salt mills for pepper)—each is designed for specific use.

Breakage, accidental damage, or natural wear/finish changes over time.

Warranty Service Options

1. Mail-In Repair Service

Ship your defective mill (insured) to:

Include a $29 check (U.S. only) for shipping & handling.

Clearly print your contact details (address, phone & email) inside the package.

2. DIY Repair with Replacement Parts

Email wstirling@peppermillimports.com for replacement parts (grinding mechanisms, handles, screws, etc.) and self-repair instructions.
